Hog Roast Redditch did a BBQ in Feckenham Road at the weekend. This bought back memories as our daughters both went went to Walkwood School some 12 years ago, so we know the area well.
Great choice of food,. We provided burgers and sausages, all cooked fresh on the grill with caramelised onions. Spiced Salmon and tomato kebabs and sticky pork ribs.
These pork ribs are absolutely delicious, we have perfected the way they are cooked and after making a home made BBQ marinade, we left them marinated for a good 8 hours before service. After cooking on a flaming grill they are very tasty!
It was a birthday party and luckily the weather held out and everyone could enjoy seconds outside. We have a busy week this week, BBQ corporate events and Knowle Hog Roasts. We are just making a batch of home made chilli jam, this is a really tasty accompaniment to all things BBQ.
