The glorious weather is fantastic news for Hog Roasters and BBQ enthusiasts as lots of enquiries for wedding receptions are being made. We have had requests for lamb spit roasts and hog roasts from Alcester, Birmingham, Studley, Stratford upon Avon and as far afield as Oxford. Most of the enquiries for evening wedding receptions have been fairly straight forward and a succulent pig roast is still the order of the day, with wraps also being ordered alongside the traditional buns. I have recently fulfilled a request where a wedding in Alcester required a reception that would satisfy vegetarian, pescatarians and meat lovers, we developed the following menu
