Ian is a master Butcher and has over thirty years of experience in the meat trade. This experience ensures that all meat products such as steaks, burgers and hog roasts are of the high standard and quality that only an expert can guarantee.

Ian has organised many outside catering  events over the past 10 years, such as weddings, anniversaries, birthday’s and corporate events, each one is personalised so that you enjoy the catering experience.

Over the years tastes have changed and the menu’s reflect that, so a meat lover can enjoy a free range traditional hog roast or lamb roast, burgers and sausages right through to those that want some variety with the introduction of fish such as salmon with dill and tomatoes and even vegetarian dishes such as halloumi and courgette skewers, though of course a different grill is required for vegetarian dishes and minimum amounts are required.

Health and Safety and traceability of produce are key factors in ensuring that all events go well, and Ian ensures that these are a priority when booking your event so you can relax and enjoy a special catering experience.
