The Parsonage in Ombersley

The weather was fantastic last Saturday May 17^th, I was asked to do a Barbecue at The Parsonage in Ombersley, in the heart of Worcestershire countryside. The Parsonage is luxury rented accommodation and the grounds were more than adequate for the party of 75 people. A very relaxed event, where I and the 2 waitresses served up a fine piece of topside of beef as well as a succulent hog roast, with lots of crispy crackling, stuffing and apple sauce with accompaniments of quiche, Mediterranean vegetables, piri-piri courgettes, rocket salad, garlic mushrooms and griddled corn on the cob, so meat lovers and vegetarians were well catered for. This was catering for a corporate event, what a fantastic setting!
